Clean and gentle
The fully automatic cheese board washing system can be integrated perfectly into the cheese care process. Different board widths and board lengths can be cleaned with this system.
The cheese boards to clean are transported into the system by a conveyor belt.
Rotating brushes and spray nozzles are used to cleanse only the side the cheese is stored on. In a second step, the boards are rinsed with clear water. The cheese loaves always coming to rest on the dry board side is assured.
The cleaned boards are then again integrated into the cheese care process via the conveyor belt.
The easy-to-clean board washing system is made of high-quality chromium steel and food-safe plastic material.

Mobile board washing machine
For clean boards
The mobile KAESARO board washing machine can be used in different locations.
The boards to clean are transported into the machine by a conveyor belt. All four board sides are gently cleaned by special brushes. The cleaned boards are transported back to the operator by the conveyor belt.
The board washing machine can be easily connected to the water supply.
The easy-to-clean board washing machine is made of high-quality chromium steel and food-safe plastics.
